Planning decisions are public. This is every application Studio Basheva submitted to the London Borough of Barnet from 2014 onward, as its register records them — approvals, refusals and withdrawals alike. Each reference can be looked up on Barnet’s planning register.
Of the 22 applications determined, 18 succeeded. Two tree-works applications are listed without a published outcome.

Addresses are withheld. Our clients’ homes are their business, and a list of them is not what this page is for. The references are the public record and anyone can search them.
Two certificates were refused and one withdrawn. We have left them in, because what happened next is the part worth reading.
Two lawful development certificates were refused — the council did not accept that a rear extension and a loft conversion fell within permitted development. Rather than appeal, we submitted a householder planning application for the same works. It was approved with conditions that year.
A certificate for a single-storey rear extension was withdrawn once it became clear it would not be granted. A full planning application covering a larger scheme — front extension, garage conversion, part single part two-storey rear extension — was approved instead, and a variation of condition approved the following year to add a pitched roof.
Permitted development is cheaper and faster when it works. When it does not, the question is how quickly you recognise it and what you do instead. Both of these were resolved inside the same year.
We wrote about why we publish this at all in October’s news piece.
